" Villa Gouvia " a luxury vacation rental to let by owner on Corfu island
Rates and Availability :
The villa is for rent only for Summer period in June, July and August.
For May and September upon request.
The property is never for rent the rest of the year.
Pets are not allowed . Smoking inside is not allowed.
Too young children are not welcome.
The rate in Summer period is 7.000 euros / week up to a maximum of 8 persons. Minimum stay 2 weeks.
The booking is confirmed after signing of contract and payment of an account of 25% of the full rent ( not refundable ).
Full payment to be received 45 days before arrival together with a safety deposit of 2.000 euros.
Price includes : house maid 3 times a week, gardener, pool and garden maintenance, fuel, water and gas consumptions, internet connections, house and bed linen.
Only electricity and telephone consumptions to be payed as extra charges : Electricity on the basis of 0,12 euro/kwh, telephone on real cost.
The security deposit of 2.000 euros is refundable after deduction of any damage or loss as well as electricity and telephone consumptions upon justificatives. In case of cancellation it is totally refunded.
An inventory of the villa and a checking of electricity-meter are made on arrival and departure.
Penalties are to be paid in case of cancellation.

The property is located in proximity of Corfu town apart of tourists crowd, on a quiet green hillside but close to beaches, with a quick access to the most beautifull north part of the island. |
The villa is located 7 kms in the North of Corfu town, quickly accessible by highway along seaside ( 15 mn ). At the exhaust of portshipment turn right and go ahead up to highway entrance up to the village of Gouvia.
The airport is 9 km from the property.

BY CAR : By ferry every day from Venezia, Ancona or Brindisi with Minoan Lines, Superfast Ferries, Anek Lines, Agoudimos, Fragline. The villa is 10 mn from the portshipment. |
BY PLANE : Many charter flights direct to Corfu from many european towns. From Athens by regular lines Agean and Olympic , 50 mn to Corfu, many flights every day. The villa is about 25 mn from the airport. |
